SPACS Series Part Two

SPACS litigation – risks for insurers?

Our seminar, which is presented in collaboration with the Inter-American Affair Committee, will discuss the challenges and opportunities that arise during SPACS transactions.

Our speakers will illustrate how and when disputes may arise from SPACS transactions and the risks involved for D&O insurers. Throughout the seminar, our speaker will provide insights into the implications of SPACS disputes from a law firm, a broker and a litigation funder perspective and highlight how these can work together and alongside insurers to secure a beneficial outcome.
